Dear Friends,

Since writing my first collection of poems, Inspire Me, the Lord has continued His work in me to express thoughts and messages in poetic form, thus this second collection.

It has been incredible to experience the Holy Spirit working in this way, and I want to always be careful to give God the glory. I am confident it is all about Him pointing us to Jesus’s finished work on the cross and the Holy Spirit living, and working in us going forward. My acknowledgment of my inability to write, on my own, any message from Him keeps me humble. The feedback I have received is confirmation that there are those that “get it”. Certainly the Holy Spirit gets the glory in that also.

With this continuation of poetic messages, I felt led to give a little narrative as to some of the background of occasions and circumstances during that time. As I go through these real-life circumstances, in the best and the worse situations, I see more clearly that we are all alike, in that we all desperately need a relationship with the Lord in the way He has already provided.

Once we give our lives to Jesus, we are called to spread the Gospel Message. We are each given the abilities to accomplish this and to uplift and encourage each other. That is the intended purpose of these poems. If I have touched one heart with one message, that is priceless to not only me but absolutely to the Lord. You are priceless!

So as you read through what I have penned, please keep in mind, although I am flawed, fallible, and a work in progress, my desire is to only be the instrument in the hands of the Master. To Him be the glory!
